Books and Coffee

A good way to relax with a good story.

A place where my stories are brewed.

I have written seven novels so far.

I start with a cup of coffee that energizes my imagination and fuels my creativity.

While coffee is found around the world, Kopi is what you will find in countries like Malaysia and Singapore.

Kopi is coffee, but it helps to understand its many variations.

Look below for more about Kopi.

But before that a quick note about my most recent book.

What’s a tough guy to do? Marten Derne has forcibly been transported to a future age in this lighthearted saga. What is worse a cultlike figure with questionable intentions appears to be in control.

Bewildered and pissed off he is not going to give in as he adapts to a strange new world while he wonders whom he can trust. He may be irreverent, contemptuous, even cantankerous while prone to profanity but there is something about him to cheer for.

Just an ordinary confused anti-hero trying to survive on a path he had not chosen.

Let’s learn more about Kopi

By the way my first book is about a man who has taken the name Kopi mostly because of his love for coffee.

You can find it and my other books on My Books page.

I was served a delicious coffee, that was sweetened with sugar. Yet I had not asked for sugar. Later, I learned there are many names for how Kopi is prepared.
